Kathmandu | The Public Service Commission, who has been in controversy for a long time, has filed its statement regarding the recruitment process for the staff of local government. The Supreme Court has refused to immediately interim order to stop the recruitment process. Now the route has been opened to the Commission for immediate completion of the recruitment process at the local level.
The single judge of the Supreme Court Judge Jyototnam Bhandari has refused to issue an interim order filed in the petition filed by the interim order to stop the recruitment process. The court has called the commission to the court on August 3, saying the commission should not listen to the matter regarding whether the court should keep the advertisement in place or not.
Soon after the hearing of both the commission and the applicant of the Joint Judge of Judicial Day, the court will decide whether to give advertisement to the advertisement before or after the interim order, according to the demand of the applicant.
With this order of the Supreme Court, the Commission for the local level has been open to apply for more than 9 thousand posts. There was a movement that the commission did not include the advertisement after issuing advertisement.
